Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation Policy

Luvart is committed to providing a safe environment for our community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and do not permit content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Zero tolerance: Any content or activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is prohibited on Luvart.

Our Standards

1. Prohibited CSAE Content & Behaviour

Luvart prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, distribution, or promotion of any content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Sexualised content involving anyone under the age of 18.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or other media depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children.
Sexual solicitation, grooming, or attempts to establish sexual contact with a child.
Requests for, offers of, or attempts to obtain sexual images or material involving children.
Content that encourages, promotes, glorifies, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Attempts to move interactions involving children to another platform for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
Any other behaviour that facilitates or attempts to facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

2. Age Safety

Luvart is committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse. Users must provide accurate information about their age when creating an account.

Users who are under the minimum age permitted to use Luvart are not permitted to create or maintain an account.

Attempting to circumvent Luvart's age requirements, including by providing false age information, is prohibited.

3. Grooming & Sexual Solicitation

Luvart strictly prohibits grooming or attempts to establish an exploitative relationship with a child.

This includes attempts to gain a child's trust for the purpose of sexualisation, exploitation, obtaining sexual material, arranging sexual contact, or otherwise facilitating abuse.

4. Reporting CSAE Content

We encourage users to report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation immediately.

Users can report a profile, post, comment, or other inappropriate activity through the reporting functionality available within the Luvart application.

Urgent Safety Reports

If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation on Luvart, please report it immediately.

Please do not redistribute or forward suspected illegal material. When reporting, provide the relevant account, post, or conversation information that will help us locate the content.

5. Enforcement

Luvart may remove content and take action against accounts that violate this policy.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:

Removal of prohibited content.
Restriction of account functionality.
Suspension of an account.
Permanent termination of an account.
Preservation of relevant information where legally appropriate.
Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or organisations where required or permitted by applicable law.

We may take immediate action when content or behaviour presents a serious risk to the safety of a child or another member of the community.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

Where we become aware of suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, Luvart may cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Where legally required, we may preserve and disclose relevant information to assist an investigation or protect a child from further harm.

7. Safety of Minors

Luvart does not permit adults to use the platform to sexually exploit, groom, solicit, or otherwise abuse children.

Users should never request or share sexual images of a minor, arrange sexual contact with a minor, or encourage a minor to engage in sexually explicit activity.

If you believe a child may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement services in your jurisdiction.

Community Responsibility

8. Everyone Has a Role in Keeping Luvart Safe

Protecting children from sexual exploitation requires the participation of the entire community.

If you encounter behaviour that appears to involve grooming, sexual exploitation, or abuse of a child, do not engage with the individual or redistribute the material. Report the account or content to Luvart as soon as possible.

9. False Reports & Abuse of Reporting Tools

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. Deliberately submitting fraudulent reports, impersonating another person, or abusing reporting mechanisms to harass another user may itself result in enforcement action.

This does not prevent users from making good-faith reports when they are uncertain about whether content violates this policy.
